DOCKET NO. 16-05 775A
DATE:	September 6, 2018
REMANDED
Entitlement to service connection for residuals of neoplasm of the testis is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
The Veteran had active duty service from August 1984 to July 1988, including service in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
1. Entitlement to service connection for residuals of neoplasm of the testis is remanded.
The Board cannot make a fully-informed decision on the issue of service connection for residuals of neoplasm of the testis because the VA examiner, who provided the January 2015 did not have a copy of the Veteran’s surgical and pathology report, which was later provided by the Veteran.

							(Continued on the next page)

Obtain an addendum opinion from an appropriate clinician (subject matter expert (SME)) regarding whether the Veteran’s residuals of neoplasm of the testis are at least as likely as not related to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune, with consideration of the Veteran’s surgical reports dated in July 2003.
